HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All orders placed before 5pm EST ship the same day, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. We strive to deliver all packages in under 4 business days!
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
HazMat goods are not returnable. Kindly refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information about handling the product.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
A refund will be issued to your original payment method as soon as your returned package arrives at our warehouse. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to show up on your account.
DO YOU OFFER WARRANTY ON YOUR PRODUCTS?

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
Yes, only if the order has not yet left our warehouse, please contact support@marzwhip.com to cancel.
CAN YOU SHIP TO A P.O. BOX?
Yes we can ship to a P.O. box but please understand that the delivery time will be delayed as P.O. box shipping has to go through the post office which is generally slower.
CAN I PLACE A BULK ORDER WITH A LARGER QUANTITY?
We welcome orders of any size, ranging from individual packages to pallets and even containers. If you're interested in becoming a distributor, please visit our dedicated wholesale page.
HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER IS SHIPPED?
We offer same day shipping on all orders mon-sat placed before 5pm EST. Any order placed after 5pm will be shipped the following day.

Yes, every Marz tank comes with a pressure nozzle!
WHERE IS THE PICKUP LOCATION?
All pick up orders must be picked up from 43763 van dyke ave, sterling heights mi. 9-10pm Mon - Sat and 11-9pm Sunday!
